Super customer service...great products that they stand behind. Hoping to purchase one of their own in house built computers. Highly recommend.

Great little computer shop! Before heading off to Roanoke for computer parts, I stop here first. They often have what I need at a good price. I bought an Acer LCD monitor here that was slightly better than the Acer LCD monitor that Walmart sold. It was also cheaper.
They've always tried to get me what I've needed.
The only two downsides: they're closed on weekends and late evenings and I'm generally out-of-luck if I need Macintosh-specific hardware.

My husband and I visited the Highland Computer store to question whether we needed a more powerful router so that we would have wi-fi throughout our large, old house; the router that our ISP provided was only getting service to a few rooms. The staff at Highland was friendly and very helpful. She even went the extra mile to verify with their technician whether or not we needed the more expensive device--we were told that the less expensive router should work fine so that we could save some money. It worked beautifully and we have service in our entire home. Not many companies will go out of the way to save you money. I will be taking all of my computer business to Highland.
